Integrity Event Planning is an full and partial service event planner capable of managing events of all types and sizes within the Quad City Metropolitan Area.

We know how important it is to you that your event run smoothly, be stress-free and remain within your budget. We offerthe following levels of service:

1.) Full Service Event Planning:

Allow us to manage and coordinate all of the details from start to finish so that all you have to do is tell us your goals, approve our plan and ideas along the way, and show up and enjoy yourself.  With over 9 years of experience, we have great expertise in this area and can assist in making your next event a wonderful success. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are our greatest goals. We will make your event special and memorable - exactly the way you want it to be.

• Event Itinerary Creation
  

• Risk & Issue Management

• Successful Execution of Event
  

Full Service Event Planning Rate:

Our fee is the greater of 18% of the total cost of the event or $60 an hour. We will give you an estimate of the total number of hours needed to complete the job, if desired.

2.) Partial Service Event Planning:

If you don't necessarily want us to be in charge of the management and coordination of all details, but still need help in other ways, we will be happy to assist you. We can do everything from run errands to handle other small tasks that you'd rather not take care of yourself.

Partial Service Event Planning Rate:

Our fee is $60 an hour. There is no minimum amount of time that you are required to hire us for.
